About the Company

You will source & recruit target candidate profiles using various tools such as our proprietary database, managing public-facing job postings, direct head-hunting, LinkedIn, public job-boards such as Indeed, Monster & CareerBuilder, generating candidate referrals, attending networking events, etc. You will target, source, recruit, screen & interview potential candidates, qualify them, and match them with the needs of our clients. You will work across the entire placement cycle from the initial requirement origination to requirement qualification and through the offer stage and post-placement quality control. You will market the services of Robert Half to commercial clients to generate new business through cross-leveraging existing Robert Half relationships, cold-calling, calling on leads and job postings, attending networking groups, and through the use of tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, our proprietary database, etc. Negotiate and establish contractual/recruiting agreements with clients. Qualify client job requirements and establish plan to placement. Provide customer service & counsel clients on strategy to attract & on-board talent. Educate clients on current national and local market trends surrounding employment conditions, technical salary ranges and local variances.


Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within an agency setting (required), ideally with lead experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, marketing, and/or account management in a role such as business development manager, account manager, sales development representative, account executive, etc.
  • Experience in technology in a broad sense; preferably experience selling technology solutions and/or managed technology services or similar (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal (required)
  • Experience in staffing and/or recruiting, human resources (preferred)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
