Role: Technical Recruiter
Location: Chennai (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities - Full Recruitment Lifecycle:
- Workforce Planning: Understand hiring needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Sourcing: Use job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels to attract the right talent.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
We're Looking For:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (Tech/Non-Tech or both)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing expertise across platforms (Dice , LinkedIn, Monster etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple positions simultaneously
