Overview Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Technical Project Manager on a long term contract providing Cyber Security services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to provide security services and capabilities necessary to ensure IT services provided to the IC customer workforce are secure. This includes Identity and Access Control Infrastructure Operations, Cross Domain Infrastructure Operations, Cyber Security Infrastructure Operations, Cyber Security Operations, Information Technology (IT) Audit Infrastructure, and Security Infrastructure Operations. The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally. Responsibilities Gathers requirements, identifies project needs and required tasks, organizes project activities for a tactical engineering need and manages project tasks and objectives to meet the customer mission. Develops and maintains positive relationships with mission partners. Identifies, coordinates, and manages an ever-expanding and evolving set of needs with different stakeholders, groups, and offices to ensure goals and timelines can be met. Communicates with customer and internal leadership to keep them aware of statuses related to creation, coordination, and approval of project phases. Prepares briefings and presents summaries about status at review board meetings. Engages with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure requirements are effectively defined and assessed. Conducts programmatic analysis and provides strategic recommendations for activities or projects throughout the project lifecycle. Analyzes and monitors performance metrics of approved projects. Qualifications Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI poly. Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience with project management in lieu of degree. 7+ years of experience as a technical project manager. Required Certifications: PMP Certification. Required Skills: Experience working on software development projects. Experience with the Agile and Waterfall development process. Knowledge of Splunk. Desired Skills: Experience supporting customers and programs in the IC Community. Experience managing onsite teams. Experience managing a software or applications development team. Experience serving as a Scrum Master. Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
