Responsibilities
- Drive a virtual project team in the process to launch/complete a Final technical Product/Deliverable, based on a high level objective, a budget, and a timeline.
- Gather information and make decisions that meet strategic objectives and project budget & timelines while ensuring successful project completions.
- Using existing/available tools, define methodologies for work management and stakeholder/project level tracking that enable project teams and stakeholders to understand the status, risks and progress at any given time.
- Identify potential project soft spots early and engage team to course correct quickly.
Qualifications
- Experience running technical projects, preferably in software development.
- Experience effectively performing research and making the 'most correct' decision in an ambiguous situation based on what is known at the time.
- Ability to translate the technical into non-technical.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and course correct quickly.
