Who you are

You are a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager who thrives on delivering requirements for complex, multi-faceted products and services to successful delivery. With a knack for understanding business needs, you excel at translating them into detailed requirements like epics, stories, use cases, and specifications that empower technical teams to succeed. You are great at working with product development teams, coordinating with developers and product managers and managing delivery timelines while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged. Your ability to define, prioritize and plan ensures you can handle complex projects with multiple delivery partners, making you a key player in advancing OnMed's mission.

Role Responsibilities
  • Define and Document Requirements: Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, including epics, use cases, and technical specifications for technology projects
  • Project Timeline Management: Own schedules, plans, and timelines from initiation through delivery for products.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration and communication among internal teams, third-party vendors, and delivery partners to ensure alignment and timely execution of project deliverables.
  • Product Development Ownership: Oversee the progress of product development process, resolving issues and executing product roadmap deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Support project teams as needed to complete QA or UAT testing requirements and scenarios, track, and document all bugs and enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Tools & Reporting: Utilize product management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and generate reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Miscellaneous: Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Product Manager at her discretion from time to time.
Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Expertise in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements (e.g., epics, stories, use cases, technical specs).
  • Proven ability to manage technology products to successful delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., ProductBoard, ZenHub).
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solution oriented.
  • Must be able to thrive in a changing environment. OnMed is growing and changing at a rapid rate, and business can be unpredictable. Because of this, your day-to-day responsibilities-including job duties, job title, reporting structures, compensation, working hours, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment - may evolve in tandem and over time.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis roles or product management role.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and migration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology programs or large-scale technology deployments is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000, commensurate with the candidate's experience, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.
