Technical Project Manager

iQuasar is seeking to fill Technical Project Manager for one of our customers. The candidate should possess 7 years of relevant experience to lead and coordinate a complex, multi-stakeholder technical project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely milestone delivery, and facilitating communication between internal and external collaborators, including federal agencies and contractor developers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall project management and coordination efforts.
• Manage communication and interactions with NCATS IFX, NCATS collaborators, FDA stakeholders, FDA contractor developers, and extramural collaborators.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule and within scope. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Lead meetings, track action items, and follow up to ensure timely execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in project management within technical or scientific environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across institutions and levels.
• Experience with federal or health-related agencies is a plus.
• Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or other project management certification.
• Familiarity with FDA and NIH operational frameworks.
• Experience with collaborative platforms and project tracking tools.
