Title: Technical Project Manager - O365 Workplace Collaboration
Location: Remote

Summary:
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for O365 Collaboration projects including plan, execute, and oversee projects focused on enhancing collaboration within the O365 ecosystem, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of tools like Teams, Email, SharePoint, and Planner.

Key Qualifications:
  • Project Management Experience. Experience in creating "corporate application burn down".
  • PMP Certified preferred.
  • Experience with varying methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Yammer, Planner, Forms, and Delve
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tenants, leveraging new features for streamlining collaboration and management.
  • Experience with multi-tenant organizations (MTOs) and cross-tenant synchronization
  • Experience with O365 email migration, O365 email data migration
Responsibilities:
  • Provide Project Management for O365 Collaboration including plan, execute, and oversee projects focused on enhancing collaboration within the O365 ecosystem, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of tools like Teams, Email, SharePoint, and Planner, while managing scope, budget, and resources.
  • Experience managing Email migration projects.
  • Ensure th.at all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Clearly communicate and document processes and updates to the team, vendors, and partners.
  • ble to work independently but also with the team for making good decisions.
  • Manage changes and demonstrate flexibility to the project scope and project schedule.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, where applicable.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Monitors progress at the job site; reviews work progress on daily basis; prepares internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
  • Plans ahead to anticipate and mitigate risks; prevent problems and resolve issues.
  • Build and manage migrations plans.
  • Communicate project expectations, risks, and escalations across all levels of the organization.
  • Coordinate and manage change control activities in adherence to PMO standards.
  • Effectively deliver successful project to completion on-time and within budget.
  • Effectively manage project scope, schedule, and budgets, while proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • pply varying methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), types, and sizes, ensuring objectives and project deliverables are accomplished according to plan.
Qualifications:
  • B.S./B.A. degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years' experience leading infrastructure focused projects.
  • Experience with LDAP legacy authentication system.
  • Experience with collaboration services: ability to implement O365 new features across tenants.
  • Experience with O365 is a must; including upgrades and migration.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with large projects, organizational skills, and an ability to maintain and create standards.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision; must be a self-motivated self-starter who can initiate ideas and take ownership of work.
