Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end program management, ensuring project milestones, scope, and risks are effectively managed.
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, QA, product, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Lead Agile and Waterfall process optimizations, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance system performance.
• Work closely with architects and developers to review system designs and assess business impact.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
• Manage Azure and Pivotal Cloud environments, ensuring optimal system efficiency.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with QA teams to implement automation tools, improving efficiency and reducing manual processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of program management experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment (eCommerce, retail, or similar industry).
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
• Solid understanding of Kafka, microservices, SQL, and cloud-based solutions (AWS/Pivotal Cloud).
• Proven experience in coordinating global teams (onshore & offshore).
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills-ability to navigate competing priorities and drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience working with QA and automation testing tools to improve deployment processes.
