Position Title:
Technical Project Manager

Position Summary:
Project Leadership. You will utilize industry-accepted project management principles,
tools, and processes, such as agile, scrum, JIRA, and confluence, to direct project
teams in the definition, planning, and execution of technical projects crossing multiple
disciplines and geographies.
Communications. You're the point of contact for the project. You'll share information
with your teammates, mark milestones, and provide metrics and status updates to
product owners and project sponsors and stakeholders.
Organization. As a project manager, you are very organized, and you keep everyone
on
task. Is a meeting going off-topic? You'll pull the team back to the agenda. Scope
creeping? You'll stay on top of the schedule, remove barriers, identify dependencies,
nd mitigate risks.
Variety of tasks. There is no typical day. You could coach a teammate, deliver a status
update to executives in other departments, or make sure we have deployed our
resources in the best possible way. You will manage many competing priorities, so a
fast
pace should not scare you. You pride yourself on having flexibility and agility and can
change directions without a second thought.
Servant Leadership. Your job is to help everyone else work better. What tasks or
issues can you handle so your development team can keep working? What barriers can
you remove?

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Communications, or other related degree, or
n equivalent in education and experience is required.
You have 5-7 years of project management experience with technical project
management, web development projects,
nd applications development.
You understand the software development project lifecycle in an Agile environment and
have prior project management experience working in scrums.
You have experience using JIRA, confluence, sharepoint, and MS Project as tools to
manage your projects.
You are a highly-motivated and energetic individual with excellent verbal and written
communication skills, good judgement, attention-to-detail, time management, and
organizational skills.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies and time-
zones

• Ability to influence and persuade others

• Problem-solving skills

• Work independently in a demanding and dynamic environment, as well as be a
team collaborator

• Ability to tailor messages to audience (project team versus stakeholder reporting)

• Possess a can-do and willing attitude.

Preferred Requirements:
PMP certification is a plus.

• Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) Technology

• Experience with SAP technology.

• Exposure to working in international environments

Position Summary:

projects.

coding.

You have managed projects from inception to production at an enterprise level. Our best

You will
be supervising, planning, organizing, and tracking project plans and activities, managing
the
implementation of complex business requirements and processes, managing customer
expectations, scope, and risk throughout the delivery, and partnering with the
development
team to estimate effort required to deliver various solutions, keeping in mind the
difficulty of

construction and the nature of the particular customer environment.
