Purpose of the role
To oversee the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects across the bank, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensuring project delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality standards.
Accountabilities include:
- Managing delivery, resource allocation, and continuous improvement of complex technical capabilities using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborating with customers and business teams to support project proposals, effort estimation, and timeline management.
- Working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with bank policies and regulations.
- Assessing and mitigating risks associated with technical projects.
- Managing change requests and stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycles.
