Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: New Jersey or New York / Remote

Summary: We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Technical Project Manager that is able to manage multiple complex programs / projects and drive results. This role requires that you have the ability to quickly building rapport across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead execution and delivery of solutions.
• Drive and influence technical strategy, proactively identify problems and align on priorities.
• Build strong, trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations without authority.
• Deliver timely, effective, easily understandable, concise project deliverables including detailed project work plans, presentations, budget reviews, cross-project dependencies, risks analyses and mitigation, strategies, stakeholder coordination and status communication.
• Communicate across audiences, effectively understanding and utilizing escalation paths, and updating stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical rollouts and features to non-technical audiences.
• Handle high volume workloads and provide exceptional customer support.
• Accountable for driving delivery of projects from start to finish.
• Ability to manages external resources; vendors and contractors when required.
• Independently manage teams and help groups problem solve.
• Facilitate meetings, discussions and document key decisions made.
• Manage tight deadlines.
• Effectively manage stress in accomplishing the foregoing list.

Requirements

• BA/BS in business, computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience 7+ years of applicable experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company.
• Demonstrated success in the delivery of multiple projects.
• PMP or CSM Certifications. Project Management expertise and experience.
• Experience project managing Microsoft Platform for device provisioning.
• Experience managing WVD - Windows Virtual Desktop.
• Experience managing Virtual Desktop Provisioning Transition to W365 and WVD.
• Experience with W365 Account Provisioning.
• Experience managing ServiceNow Form Implementations.
• Ability to work on multiple teams in highly autonomous environments.
• Display a competency in managing multiple projects.
• Detailed oriented and strong communicator.
• Aligns and leads project teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Manages work with practicality and wisdom in the midst of competing priorities and diverse personalities.
• Ability to influence internal and external team members without direct reporting authority
• Experience distilling complex technical information and conveying to different types of audiences to enable quick decisioning.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and technology focused problem-solving experience.
• Experience with demonstrating negotiation and conflict management.
• Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated.
