Location- St Louis, MO (Hybrid)
Duration- 12 Month+
Pay Rate Range- $70-72/Hour

Description
The primary role is to coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team responsible for project deliverables including collaboration on the project's performance (scope, time, quality, cost, risk, benefits) with focus on resource planning, scheduling, tracking of metrics / KPIs, status reporting and communication.

Roles and Responsibility

• Create & maintain project plan including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, reporting processes, and assigning tasks to resources. Keeping the project aligned to goals and proactively escalate issues to stay on time and schedule.

• Apply project management methodologies and best practices to deliver a world-wide deployment schedule for implementation across factory & HQ locations.

• Provide input to manage and control project budget including tracking cost projections vs. actual costs.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports highlighting the KPIs that are below targets. Also, coordinate root cause analysis when targets are not met and support the implementation of solutions.

Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or business management required
- 3+ years of experience in a project manager / coordinator role for a large project
- 3+ years of experience with either traditional Waterfall SDLC or Agile / Lean methodologies
- 1+ years of experience planning and coordinating a training schedule
- 1+ years of experience planning and coordinating a testing schedule
- Strong ability in using Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
