The Position: The Technical Project Manager will be expected to facilitate the change management process for updates made to ISN's applications and technologies. This position exposes individuals to the complete Software Development Lifecycle, as well as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001/ISMS standards.
Who should apply? - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field from an accredited university
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications highly preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
- Strong experience working with technical teams coordinating or managing technical projects (software)
- 2+ years experience working with Agile Scrum or Kanban teams
- 2+ years experience working with predominantly cloud-based development and/or infrastructure teams
- Proficiency using project management systems and software development lifecycle management systems
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with leadership, cross functional teams, and engineering teams
Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to get incoming requests for changes into Azure DevOps, and to develop user acceptance criteria and timelines for implementing requested changes safely and securely
- Prioritize requests and improvement opportunities using quarterly and annual roadmaps and communicate across the company
- Assist technical teams in breaking down work requests for service tickets and Kanban management, developing project milestones and timelines, and ensuring roadmap and priority timelines are met
- Monitor Azure DevOps to ensure that work items are up to date, refined, prioritized, and completed in a timely manner by team members and teams
- Create and maintain project and delivery team-level documentation and process flowcharts/diagrams
- Lead presentations to Executive Management on important issues (uptime reporting, FinOps, large projects)

- Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area.
- Required to come to the office at least 2 times per week during the first 90 days.
- After 90 days, your role on the Products team will have the option to work remotely with at least 1 in-person engagement required monthly.
