Technical Program Manager

Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end technical programs, from planning through execution, with a strong focus on cross-functional coordination.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies for complex data conversion initiatives.
Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to suit the needs of different teams and projects.
Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth research and evaluate data sources for reliability and applicability.
Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports for senior leadership and other departments.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar technical project management role.
Strong background in software development, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure.
Expertise managing large, multi-disciplinary projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in the Card Domain is mandatory.
