Job Summary:

Our client is undergoing an Access Management transformation across the entire organization. The project is divided into 8 smaller sub-projects, and they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive the project forward. The ideal candidate will understand the complexities of implementing Access Management concepts and be comfortable working closely with engineers to ensure timely delivery. This role will focus on coordinating efforts, managing timelines, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the tracking and successful implementation of Access Management transformation, ensuring the project remains on schedule and within scope.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular updates on project progress, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work daily with a team of 3 Engineers to coordinate project tasks, align deliverables, and ensure proper resource allocation.
  • Manage Timelines: Work with technical engineers to understand dependencies, blockers, and milestones to effectively manage deliverables and project timelines.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that the project stays within the agreed timeline and budget.
  • Change Management: Support and manage the organizational change required to implement Access Management solutions, ensuring smooth transitions across teams.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear, detailed project documentation using Confluence and Jira, ensuring all stakeholders are kept up-to-date.
Required Qualifications:
  • Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, including tracking deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
  • Communication: Ability to drive the conversation, not just report it. The PM should be comfortable presenting to leadership and keeping all parties informed.
  • Understanding of Access Management: Familiarity with concepts like Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Access Management. While technical expertise is not required, a solid understanding of these concepts is critical to success.
  • Change Management: Experience managing the impact of organizational changes associated with technology transformations.
  • Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile project management practices and frameworks to manage progress and adjust priorities dynamically.
  • Tools Proficiency: Experience using Jira and Confluence for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CyberArk: Experience with CyberArk or other privileged access management tools would be a plus.
  • Entra ID: Familiarity with Entra ID or other Identity and Access Management systems is a plus, but not required.

Certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications would be advantageous.

Certifications in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, Certified Agile Project Manager) are a plus but not required.
