•Mid-size company with room for growth Position Title : Technical Project Lead Position Location : This position is full time, on-site in the National Capital Region. Daily Responsibilities:
•Assist in the development of detailed multi-month and resourced project plans, updating timelines and providing timely updates.
•Organizing the Group SharePoint Site, including tracking of change documentation, SOPs, and customer requirements gathering.
•Responsible for updating the Team Roadmap and track its alignment with organizational Roadmap.
•Work under pressure and support tight deadlines, work independently, in a high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
•Interact with other stakeholders in the Agency community to gather customer requirements, track tasks and update status for efforts milestones for efforts. This could include coordinating meetings with other members of Enterprise Operations Server, Storage and Data Protection, Cybersecurity, the networking team, cloud team, application teams, web teams and technology support partners, etc. Required Years of Experience (min) :
•Five Years' experience Required Degree/Certifications :
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (+5 years) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or similar relevant degree. Required Experience & Expertise in the following areas :
•Shall have the ability to effectively communicate both orally (in common English narration) and in writing (to include technical documentation) with Agency staff. This includes senior staff, system owners, and technical and non- technical users.
•Ability to work independently and in a group.
•Self-starter attitude with initiative. Creativity
•Excel, Spreadsheet Software Experience
•PowerShell or general scripting experience
•Project Management Software such as ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Asana or other
•Microsoft PowerPoint or other presentation software Required Clearance :
•Security/Background Check required.
•Public trust with ability to obtain Secret clearance (preferred). Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: TBD Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
