Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator
Location: San Fransico, CA
Duration: 2 years (With possible extension)

Job Description:

The Technical Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating technical projects, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, tracking project progress, and supporting project teams in delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, technical documentation, and stakeholder engagement within IT or software development environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project tasks and deliverables.
  • Coordinate meetings, track action items, and facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and technical documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely escalation of issues.
  • Support project managers in resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project requirements are well understood and implemented effectively.
  • Utilize project management tools to track and report on project status.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • years of experience in project coordination, technical project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in IT or software development projects.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, or system integrations.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Agile-related certifications are a plus.
MQ1 A minimum of six (6) years of written verifiable experience that demonstrates the Candidate has served as a Technical Project Lead, Technical Project Coordinator, Technical Project Manager or similar role for successful technology projects involving large scale (3,000 users, 100 or more rooms, 20 or more sites) assessment and deployment, and/or phone or telephony systems or similar technology migration projects for a large company or organization, ideally a public utility or government agency, with at least 1,000 employees.

Examples of acceptable verifiable documentation includes:
  • Reference letters for Candidate from clients where technical project work was performed with contact information
  • Detailed invoices
  • Detailed purchase orders
  • Detailed contracts
The documentation must include the following details: (a) project scope, (b) project cost, (c) project start and end dates, and (d) client name and contact information.
Supporting documentation for MQ1, must be included within the Written Proposal, must be titled "Minimum Qualification 1" AND must be submitted in PDF readable format.
