Technical Project Coordinator Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite in Orlando, FL. Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the entertainment space, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Coordinator in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will lead and manage interdependent projects within the restaurant and retail space. This role is responsible for end-to-end project coordination, risk mitigation, budget oversight, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on technical delivery and program transformation.
Experience of the right candidate: - 7+ years of project/program management experience (e.g., Project Lead, Scrum Master, Agile Coach).
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Strong technical acumen-ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Agile ALM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- DevOps and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD).
- Budget tracking and cost-benefit analysis.
- Managing large matrixed projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Leading cross-functional meetings and communicating with executive leadership.
- Retail or restaurant industry experience.
- PMP or other project management certifications.
- Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, CSPO, SAFe, LeSS).
- Experience contributing to PMO initiatives and transformation efforts.
