We're looking for a forward-thinking Technical Program Manager to orchestrate cross-functional teams and ensure program success in a fast-paced, sprint-driven environment. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality aerospace systems on aggressive schedules. Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from capturing requirements to final certification, ensuring compliance with ARP4754A, DO-160, and DO-178C standards. Plan and manage sprint cycles for rapid development and testing, adhering to certification requirements (including STC processes) and strict timelines. Maintain detailed tracking of program schedules, deliverables, and resources using Smartsheet to ensure on-time performance. Collaborate with engineering, certification, and regulatory teams to continuously deliver certified systems while effectively managing resources and mitigating risks. Provide hands-on leadership in risk management, resource allocation, and coordination of technical deliverables to meet both performance and certification goals. Establish and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and investors, providing regular updates on project status and potential risks. Oversee program-related risk identification and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications
Bachelor's (required) or Master's (preferred) degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or related fields. Proven experience leading aerospace programs compliant with ARP4754A, DO-160, and DO-178C standards. Demonstrated success managing projects in fast-paced, sprint-driven environments, with hands-on involvement in cross-functional team leadership. Strong proficiency in stakeholder and investor management, risk management, and detailed schedule tracking. Expertise in Smartsheet for project tracking and management. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and investors. Desired Qualifications (if applicable)
A Master's degree in a related field, contributing to advanced technical understanding and leadership capabilities. Experience with additional aerospace certification processes or related regulatory environments.
