We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of a high-impact initiative: building custom Copilot solutions that integrate deeply with enterprise workflows. While you don't need prior experience in AI, this role will require a solid understanding of modern software engineering, cloud platforms, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and innovation.

You'll work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and customer stakeholders to deliver intelligent, intuitive copilots tailored for enterprise productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of programs that involve building and deploying custom Copilot applications.
  • Define program scope, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with engineering and product leads.
  • Coordinate across frontend, backend, DevOps, and API integration teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Track technical progress, identify roadblocks, and drive resolution through hands-on program leadership.
  • Maintain clear documentation, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure that security, compliance, and performance considerations are embedded in every stage of development.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to align delivery with user requirements and feedback.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar role in software product development.
  • Strong grasp of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum), SDLC best practices, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team software projects on time and within scope.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP also welcome) and modern SaaS architectures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-Have (but not required):

  • Experience integrating with enterprise platforms like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or internal line-of-business systems.
  • Exposure to projects involving large-scale API integration, user workflows, or automation.
  • Curiosity about GenAI, LLMs, and how they enhance user productivity-even if you're not an expert.
