A leading healthcare organization is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join their team. This role involves leading and coordinating complex engineering and infrastructure programs across the organization.

About the Opportunity:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities: The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional technical projects involving software engineering and AI-driven solutions.
  • Partnering with engineering, data engineering, product management, cybersecurity, and IT teams to define and deliver project scope, deliverables, schedules, and success metrics.
  • Providing project leadership, anticipating bottlenecks, mitigating project risks, quantifying the impact of tradeoffs, and balancing business needs against technical constraints.
  • Serving as the point of contact for all program communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders, leadership, and team members.
  • Monitoring program health using metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing actionable strategies to drive efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program or project management roles within engineering or infrastructure environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and enterprise systems.
  • Experience managing technical programs related to application development, DevOps, infrastructure modernization, or cloud security.
  • Proficient with Agile project management methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to earn trust, influence, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and execute on strategic priorities.
  • Proven ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Desired Skills:

  • Certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST, or HITRUST.
  • Experience supporting initiatives that include AI/ML capabilities or automation tooling.
