Background Requirements
- Engineering degree in BSME or equivalent degree from a four-year college or university is required
- Fluency in Chinese is a must
- 5+ years of engineering experience, experience with design/manufacturing/automation is preferred
- Experience in FATP and consumer electronics is preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Manage on-going programs from the technical side.
- Develop and maintain relationship with customer engineering and TPL team
- Be customer's liaison for engineering and technical conversation and project communication
- Help factory clarify technical questions and transform customer requirements into clear, actionable items for the factory team, and communicate and drive the team to provide on-time proposals
