Reporting to the VP - Digital Products Delivery, the
Technical Product Owner - B2B Digital will maximize the value delivered by the team, manage the product delivery lifecycle, oversee development & quality assurance needs, manage backlog & team capacity, and partner with the Digital Center of Excellence.
What you'll do:- Oversee development needs in B2B Digital products
- Manage the technology delivery of the B2B Digital experience for our customers (distributors, retailers) and internal commercial organization while partnering with DCoE on the "What" be the conduit to the "How"
- Manage the B2B Portal & Commerce technology seamlessly by mastering the use of the platform and its APIs including integration with internal and external applications
- Translate business DCoE Product Owner's product vision into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, maintaining a prioritized and groomed Product Backlog
- Ensure the delivered solution meets business requirements with quality, compliance & security
- Continuously improve the product based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics
- Act as main point of contact with current and prospective B2B solution vendors
What you have:- 3-5 years technical experience in building B2B digital products using Salesforce Sales, Service, Data cloud ecosystem required.
- 1-2 years technical experience implementing B2B Commerce solutions. Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Experience Cloud is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience implementing B2B digital commercial solutions using Salesforce within CPG Mfg or distribution industry. Alc Bev or non-Alc Bev industry experience is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment and DevOps team.
- Experience working with product managers, commercial teams, privacy and compliance, business partners, design, and engineering, QA to deliver digital customer experience platforms.
- 3+ years of project management experience implementing and/or building SaaS data-driven personalized experience platforms.
- Strong organization / communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field

$115,000 - $145,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
