Using the latest cloud technology, the Lead in Data (LiD) platform, used as the primary data analytics platform within the group, alongside MIX, has revolutionized searching, sharing, and onboarding data within our organization. Market Data is a fundamental backbone to the company's trading and analysis communities, as well as support functions, and is becoming a critical asset across the RWE group.
We are seeking a motivated tech enthusiast to join us as a Technical Product Owner. Someone eager to collaborate closely with business stakeholders and internal squads to define the future platform direction.

Your future responsibilities
- Own the Lead in Data product vision and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Act as the interface between key stakeholders, translating business requirements into a technical backlog, design, and roadmap.
- Shape and influence the technical delivery backlog with innovations, enhancements, and requirements from various sources.
- Architect strategic solutions to enhance our self-service platform offering.
- Work closely with the team on data solutions for complex requirements, demonstrating a hands-on problem-solving attitude.
- Engage with platform vendors (AWS, Dremio, Databricks, Tableau, Alation), prioritize fixes, understand product roadmaps, and manage usage and billing.
- Collaborate with IT and business Product Owners in the Data space.
- Stay updated on new Data Analytics trends and explore new solutions for complex problems.
- Mentor the squad in knowledge, architecture, and solutions.
- Communicate fluently in English (verbal and written).
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and improve existing ones.
- Understand cloud architecture and production system design principles.
- Possess strong knowledge of Cloud Ecosystems, preferably AWS.
- Balance technical understanding with business acumen and user engagement.
- Work collaboratively to deliver value to users.
- Ensure operational aspects like high availability, scalability, monitoring, security, and robustness are addressed.
- Apply DevOps best practices.
- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and the IT community.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships and inspire trust.
- Be a motivated self-starter, independent, and reliable team player.
