Job Title: Technical Product Manager
Duration: 3-6 month contract
Location: Irving, TX (Monday - Wednesday on-site and Thursday - Friday remote)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the technology product roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders, including business owners and technology leaders, to introduce new products or enhance/support existing ones.
- Provide strategic direction and vision for product development.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Partner with Project Management teams to define schedules, manage risks, and address issues effectively.
- Create and refine user and data flow documentation to align diverse stakeholders.
- Act as the Product Owner for the scrum team, providing daily guidance through detailed requirements and functional specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scope elaboration, ensuring timely and budget-compliant feature releases.
- Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, from inception to deployment.
- Utilize various technologies and act as a bridge between stakeholders to address complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, scrum teams, and other partners to identify and resolve product gaps.
- Organize and present data effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address queries during the process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access.

- Maintains discretion and responsibility when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Skilled in translating user feedback into actionable technical requirements.
- Capable of organizing and conducting workshops or training sessions for large groups.
- Physically able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in a related field.
- Preferred certifications: PSPO, CSPO, CSM.
