Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Duration: 3-6 month contract

Location: Irving, TX (Monday - Wednesday on-site and Thursday - Friday remote)


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the technology product roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders, including business owners and technology leaders, to introduce new products or enhance/support existing ones.
  • Provide strategic direction and vision for product development.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with Project Management teams to define schedules, manage risks, and address issues effectively.
  • Create and refine user and data flow documentation to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Act as the Product Owner for the scrum team, providing daily guidance through detailed requirements and functional specifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for scope elaboration, ensuring timely and budget-compliant feature releases.
  • Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, from inception to deployment.
  • Utilize various technologies and act as a bridge between stakeholders to address complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, scrum teams, and other partners to identify and resolve product gaps.
  • Organize and present data effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address queries during the process.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Works with minimal supervision; decisions significantly impact project success and client outcomes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access.
  • Communicates technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Operates effectively in team and office environments.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Maintains discretion and responsibility when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Skilled in translating user feedback into actionable technical requirements.
  • Capable of organizing and conducting workshops or training sessions for large groups.
  • Physically able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in a related field.
  • Preferred certifications: PSPO, CSPO, CSM.
