About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and technically fluent Product Manager to lead the continued development of the WEVR platform-a core application within our integrated technology ecosystem. WEVR ("weaver") plays a critical role in connecting and streamlining disparate systems such as time tracking, payroll, ERP, and manufacturing operations. It also serves as a modular, web-based interface supporting functions like MEP coordination, raw material management, and Bills of Material (BOM).
As Product Manager for WEVR, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across operations, engineering, finance, and software development to define priorities, drive the product roadmap, and deliver impactful features that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership
Own and evolve the WEVR product roadmap in alignment with strategic business objectives.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders from manufacturing, finance, and procurement.
Lead cross-functional planning efforts and champion agile development practices.
API and Systems Integration
Define and manage requirements for the API Bus that integrates systems including timecards, payroll, and ERP platforms (e.g., Business Central).
Document data flows, integration points, and ensure alignment with data quality and governance standards.
Feature Development & Rollout
Drive the development of complex feature sets, including:
A nested Bill of Materials viewer
Integrated material management workflows
Migration of non-standard purchasing processes from AirTable into WEVR
Translate business needs into actionable specifications, wireframes, and user stories.
Stakeholder Engagement
Conduct product demos, gather feedback, and iterate on features in collaboration with manufacturing, finance, and IT teams.
Balance immediate business requirements with a long-term platform vision.
Metrics & Quality
Define and track KPIs to evaluate the success, performance, and adoption of WEVR modules.
Ensure high standards of usability, data integrity, and performance across all platform components.
Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, internal applications, or systems integration.
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Business Central) and an understanding of manufacturing or construction workflows.
Strong grasp of APIs, data integration, and enterprise application architecture.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead discussions among developers, users, and senior leadership.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
Bonus Points
Experience with AirTable and workflow/process redesign.
Background in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing environments.
Prior involvement in developing data viewers, nested hierarchies, or material handling systems.
