Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a skilled professional to lead the design, execution, and delivery of software features, solutions, or products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, define architectures, and ensure the successful planning and execution of projects. Responsibilities include managing risks, resolving issues, improving development processes, and tracking key performance metrics. The ideal candidate has experience in agile software development, cross-functional project management, and large-scale systems, with a proven ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver high-quality results. A bachelors degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience are required.

Skills and Requirements
  • Experience in developing commercial software products using agile development practices.
  • Expertise in managing cross-organizational software development projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics for engineering development.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
  • Experience with a controlled software release process involving a product lifecycle management tool.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically 6-8 years of relevant experience. Certifications:
  • PMP
  • Sigma Black Belt
