Technical Metering Project Manager/Engineer

Seeking a Technical Metering Project Manager/Engineer to lead metering systems for renewable energy projects from development through commissioning. This role ensures metering systems align with project requirements and commercial agreements while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering and implementation of complex metering systems

• Interpret customer and commercial requirements and integrate them into design

• Oversee third-party engineering firms and cross-functional teams

• Support engineering standards, project tracking, and technical documentation

• Lead stakeholder communications and support project reviews
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Engineering

• 3-5 years of metering experience; strong knowledge of substation/P&C systems

• Experience with:

  • Reading P&C drawings

  • CTs, PTs, CVTs, and loss compensation methods

  • Schneider ION-8650 meters and SE ION/PME software

  • Meter programming and template development
    
    

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering; Master's in Engineering Management

• PMP certification

• 5+ years of P&C/Substation/Metering experience, 2+ in project management

• Familiarity with ISOs, LGIAs, PPAs, and utility agreements

• Experience with SEL meters/software, communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3), MV90
