About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Technology Specialist for a 6-month contract engagement to help optimize and manage our marketing tech stack.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize advanced workflows within HubSpot.
- Create and maintain seamless integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other systems (e.g., Zapier, Slack, Google Sheets).
- Ensure accurate data flow, enabling full-funnel reporting and lead attribution.
- Manage conversion tracking, UTM structure, custom audiences, and bid strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing automation strategies, nurturing campaigns, and segmentation rules.
- Lead testing initiatives such as A/B tests, deliverability assessments, and performance analysis.
- Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce, and ad platforms.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot system sync or attribution issues.
- Create clear, comprehensive documentation for workflows and platform configurations.
- Support team onboarding and provide training on system usage and data structure.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, including building workflows, sequences, lead scoring models, and custom reports, and implementing integrations and troubleshooting sync/API issues.
- Proven experience running and optimizing Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience with Looker Studio for building marketing performance dashboards and insights.
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, CRM data structure, and attribution tracking.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to marketing and sales stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience with Looker Studio.
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle and CRM data structure.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato).
- Experience with marketing attribution models and tools (e.g., GA4, Segment, HubSpot Attribution).
- Exposure to additional martech platforms (e.g., Clearbit, Unbounce, Typeform).
- Awareness of data privacy and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience with Webflow for landing page creation, testing, and minor site updates is a plus.
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation: 6 month contract $65.00=$82.00 hr/
