Technical Manager

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking motivated technical managers to lead a team of Solution Architects. The role involves coaching and developing a team of early-career Solutions Architects, enabling best practices for solution selling, and collaborating with sales to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of large-scale computing solutions and a passion for educating and training cloud computing experts. Responsibilities include engaging with customers and key business partners, hiring and developing new Solutions Architects, and building relationships with decision makers within customer accounts. Additionally, the role requires advocating for cloud adoption and serving as a liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.
