We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with specialist knowledge in drainage systems and water pump engineering to join a well-established engineering firm based in Leeds. Key Responsibilities of the Technical Manager:

Oversee the design, specification, and implementation of drainage and pump systems

Provide technical leadership and support to engineering teams and clients

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Carry out site inspections, troubleshooting, and performance analysis

Manage project documentation and reporting

Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements of the Technical Manager:

Proven experience in drainage and water pump engineering

Strong technical knowledge of pump systems, control panels, and associated infrastructure

Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in Mechanical, Civil, or related field

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Full UK driving licence
