Responsibilities & Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Communication:
Maintain daily communication with Government leads on requirements, mission priorities, performance measures, program goals and milestones, and support needs.
Oversee all contract data warehouse work and present overview briefings and updates to Government leads, partners, and customers.
Report on business area progress at performance improvement meetings and identify opportunities for increased effectiveness, efficiency, scale, and impact.
Notify Government and Contract CPM/CDPM of any issues or trends that pose a risk to mission priorities.
Assist the Contract CPM/CDPM in distilling requirements, communicating them to contract staff, and tracking progress against them.
Provide a technical needs summary to the government program manager and technical lead, offering a consolidated overview across all development efforts, with a focus on areas requiring client intervention.
Technical Strategy and Solution Delivery:
Collaborate with the customer to build a technology partnership, ensuring that offered technical solutions support the client's strategic, long-term plans and vision.
Take ownership of the IT/network strategy and solutions delivered by the organization at an account level.
Develop and deliver presentations on technical solutions to clients and technical teams, capturing and communicating client-specific best practices and lessons learned using knowledge management tools and professional relationships.
Lead other subject matter experts of the IT technology team for specific customers, evaluate design and architecture issues, increase integration of services delivered, and research current market technologies to design cost-effective solutions that meet current and foreseeable customer requirements.
Ensure the codebase for the application is unclassified, with classified configuration files maintained and integrated with the codebase in a secure environment.
Ensure the capabilities developed under this task are compatible with the network operating environment and architecture identified by the government, perform at scale with the intended user base, and prioritize high system availability.
Conduct software development and delivery employing a development and operations model defined by the government.
Complete all initial authority to operate (ATO) documentation and processes in accordance with DIA policies and guidance.
Create appropriate training and communications materials in various mediums (written, print, video, other), as requested and approved by the government.
Required Qualifications: Active Top Secret Clearance with a CI Poly.
Minimum of 8 years of overall relevant experience.
Preferred Additional Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, data analytics, or business intelligence roles, preferably within the Intelligence Community and/or DIA.
Experience with government-specified technologies including, but not limited to:
Front-end technologies such as JavaScript (including modern open-source libraries), Angular, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON.
Back-end technologies including Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, Elastic Search, Solr, SQL, Node.js with Typescript, Server-Side Languages (Java, etc.), and AI technologies.
Analytic and visualization technologies such as Python, large language models, natural language processing algorithms, and Tableau.
