Technical Lead

DUTIES: With a high level of independent decision-making authority, will be responsible for the following: Lead the development of a web application and maintenance of a comprehensive loan management system that streamlined the loan application and approval process. Implement RESTful services. Conduct code reviews and mentor and enhance team efficiency and code quality. Define project requirements and deliver technical solutions on time. Develop and maintain internal enterprise applications resulting in a 25% reduction in operational costs. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Create technical documentation for software applications, improving the onboarding process for new team members. Design and implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines. Set up monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance. Automate the deployment of applications using Ansible and Docker, reducing manual errors and deployment times. Maintain and manage configuration settings ensuring consistent environments across development, staging, and production. Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. Perform performance tuning and optimization of servers and applications to enhance performance. Design and implement a real-time Report Suspicious E mail detection system that monitored transactions for suspicious activities. Plan and execute the migration of the version control system from ClearCase to GitHub, enhancing version control efficiency and developer collaboration. Organize and conduct training sessions for the development team to transition from ClearCase to GitHub, covering Git workflows, pull requests, and branch management. Implemented best practices for version control, including branching strategies, code reviews, and continuous integration.

REQUIREMENTS:Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Science or related field. Requires 5 years of experience in job offered or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or a related field. Required experience must include experience in IBM Clear Case, C , JavaScript, NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, NET Framework, GitHub, Git, HTML, CSS, Jfrog, GitHub Actions. Requires relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the United States.
