Job Description

An employee is looking for a Technical Lead in the Huntsville, AL area. This resource will be expected to lead diverse teams, provide technical oversight, delegate tasks, and work with the Engineering organization to establish technology roadmaps, enable modernization, and contribute to general innovation. In addition, the candidate will work with government personnel and programs and define and refine requirements to validate hardware compliance. The candidate will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, mentoring, and training to other employees across the business within the candidate's areas of expertise.

Skills and Requirements

Active Secret Clearance

BS in STEM + 14 years, MS in STEM + 12 years, or PhD + 9 years of experience

Experience leading technical software solutions

Background in algorithms, MATLAB, Python, or C+Background in Data and systems analysis

Experience with domains such as battle management, command & control, communications, radar, missile, and/or modeling & simulation (or similar) Experience on system programs such as Aegis, AN/TPY-2, C2BMC, IBCS, GMD, LRDR, SBX, THAAD or similar.

Demonstrated interest and ability to learn new tools and technologies and successfully apply them in completing projects in a timely manner

Ability to work well in a diverse team environment

Experience with Agile Software Development

Experience with DevOps Technologies null
