Title: Technical Lead - Service Management Location: Alexandria, VA Clearance: TS/SCI with a CI polygraph Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews enterprise architecture deliverables Direct and participate in high-level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development Apply high-level business and technical principles and methods to very difficult technical problems to arrive at creative engineering solution Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems Understand, embrace, and implement IC business transformation, processes, and structures Develop and tailor architecture briefings and responses to DNI, OMB and other senior IC executives Utilize extensive knowledge to develop and execute the enterprise architecture, transition plans, services, strategies and roadmaps Liaise with external organizations to gain knowledge with other enterprise architectures Requirements: Doctorate degree in a STEM-related technical field with 8 years of relevant experience; master's degree with 10 years of related experience, bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, associate's degree with 14 years of experience, or high school diploma with 16 years of experience GSE, CISA, GCIH, or CISSP required TS/SCI with a CI polygraph Equal Opportunity Employer/Veteran/Disabled
