systems configuration, operation, maintenance, and repair. Experience in naval warfare operations or conducting training for naval warfare or equivalent joint experience. Must have 2 years scenario development/training experience and configuration and operation experience with Joint Semi Automated Forces
(JSAF) and Tactical Voice/Data Communications. Must have 5 years' experience with Battle Force Team Trainer (BFTT); Tactical Data Information Link generation systems supporting LOS Link 11(A) /16(J), Satellite- J, Link 16, Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M). Knowledge of: The Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM) Composite Warfare Commander construct Command and Control, regarding surveillance, engagement and planning functions required for each of the various numbered fleets Staff and Fleet operations and planning procedures Fleet Synthetic Training architecture Combat Systems Operational Sequencing System JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) and must be able to perform the following with minimal guidance: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Position requires an active DoD security clearance. Physical Requirements Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
