Location: The ideal candidate will be based in RI and will work evenings and weekend shifts. We can also consider candidates that are close to Dallas, TX/ Scottsdale, AZ/ Chicago, IL/ Florham Park, NJ

Rate: $50/hr C2C

As a Technica Incident Manager / Situation Manager you will
  • Work in a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) culture, driving long term stability and enhancements
  • Emphasis on strong troubleshooting skills
  • 4+ years of Production technical support
  • Responsible for problem management process activities to remediate chronic problems.
  • Monitor system for possible issues, performing system health checks as required
  • Monitor and support production applications and environments
  • Document and maintain installation and operations procedures.
  • Participate in the 24x7x365 support coverage
Required Skills/Tools:
  • Understanding of ITSM frameworks.
  • Adept in the development of automated tools, systems, and services in multiple technology domains with excellent debugging and trouble shooting skills
  • 3-5 years' experience in the following tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, ELK, Grafana, and cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Desired Skills/Tools
  • Exposure to health care /Retail domain
  • Technologies: JAVA-J2EE, Unix/Linux. PL/SQL, Oracle Golden Gate
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • B.S. degree in Computer Engineering or related degree preferred
