Our client, a leader in the IT support industry, is seeking a Technical/Help Desk Support Representative to join their team. As a Technical/Help Desk Support Representative, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical/Help Desk Support Representative

Location: Alpharetta, GA - Hybrid

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour

What's the Job?
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Document and track issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex issues.
What's Needed?
  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative or Help Desk Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
