We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Engineer I to join our team, supporting manufacturing operations, product development, and quality assurance at our South Carolina facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical/electronics, chemical/materials science, or electro mechanical engineering, with hands-on experience in process validation, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Mandarin is plus to facilitate communication with global teams and external partners.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct testing and validation for new raw materials and production processes.
  • Develop and validate BOMs Bi l l of Material) for manufacturing.
  • Implement and verify engineering changes for products and processes.
  • Draft and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for production lines.
  • Support factory certifications and audits (e.g., third-party inspections).
  • Provide on-site technical support for production line modifications and troubleshooting.
  • Manage calibration of equipment, tools, and standard samples.
  • Oversee reliability testing in the lab, including test planning, execution, and lab management.
  • Address customer complaints with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Liaise with U.S. third-party agencies for certifications, testing, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless production.

QualificationsEducation & Experience


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical/Materials Science, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or technical support (internships/projects accepted for entry-level).
  • Industry background in electronics, chemical materials, or mechanical systems preferred.

Technical Skills


  • Proficiency in CAD, AI/PS, PV system simulation tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with quality control tools (e.g., FMEA, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Language & Soft Skills


  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
