As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll provide end-to-end support for customers installing products-whether they're DIYers from Lowe's, Menards, or Home Depot, or clients in the Canadian market. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
Troubleshooting product performance and installation issues
Coordinating warranty returns (RGAs) and evaluating returned products
Creating replacement orders or issuing credits as needed
Documenting support cases in Salesforce and updating records in SAP
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in product training
Conducting internal and external product evaluation trainings (minimal travel)
Assisting with the development of training materials

Experience with Salesforce and SAP

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
