Responsibilities
- Help develop procedures and tools to note and record Customer Site situations
- Manage the Customer Contact Database
- Keep our MRP system 'up to date' with latest Customer and Sales documentation status
- Assist in creating Sales Estimates and Proposals utilizing existing resources and forms
- Respond to Customer inquiries; forwarding them to the proper person when appropriate
- Monitor Progress of Jobs currently on order as requested
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience customer service
- Must have working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Sales experience is preferred
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Blueprint reading experience
