Job Title: Technical Control Facility (TCF) Supervisor

Location: ISA Air Base, Bahrain

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the Technical Control Facility (TCF) to ensure fast, reliable, and secure information exchange.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Promina 400/800 multiplexers and GPS network timing schemes.
• Manage signal flow, wiring, network timing, and signal conversion.
• Use diagnostic equipment such as Fireberd 8000, T-Berd 6000, Fluke 199, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
• Understand networks within Regional Command and ISAF IJC environments.
• Configure and operate encryption devices like KIV-19A, KIV-7, KG, TACLANE, and others, including cryptographic fill procedures.
• Work with Cisco routers and switches (3900, 3800, 2800 series; 6500, 4500, 3700 series).
• Handle IP communications, packet analysis, and Layer 3/Layer 2 technologies (EIGRP, HSRP, RSTP).
• Monitor networks using tools like SolarWinds.
• Operate Microwave Line-of-Sight systems, Troposcatter, and Satellite communication systems.
• Perform network troubleshooting and develop technical documentation.
• Coordinate installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network circuits.
• Supervise technicians and maintain detailed activity records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active US Secret clearance (Interim acceptable).
• US Citizenship required.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in a military tactical network environment.
• Certifications: Network+, Security+, CCNA.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Education:

• Associates degree in Networking preferred, or 11 years of recent specialized experience.
