Role Summary:
We're seeking a part-time Technical Consultant to support our remote engineering team
in China. This role focuses on guiding the technical direction, supporting AI integration,
and introducing best practices and tools to enhance our platform.
We are specifically looking for a tech leader with deep experience in the long-term
care or healthcare technology sector.
Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing technical guidance to the China-based development team
• Answer questions related to AI, backend, and software architecture
• Introduce and explain new technologies as needed
• Support integration of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Help with document parsing, workflow automation, and multilingual functionality
Key Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of AI/LLM integration (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain)
• Experience with NLP, embeddings, vector search, and document parsing
• Familiar with scalable SaaS backend architecture (e.g., Node.js, Python, or
equivalent)
• Knowledge of multilingual system design and translation tools
• Proven experience in healthcare or long-term care technology systems
