We are seeking an experienced IT Transition & Change Manager (TCM) to lead strategic change initiatives and manage the seamless transition of IT services, system implementations, and infrastructure upgrades. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders-ensuring smooth transitions, successful user adoption, and minimal business disruption. In this role, you will:
- Lead the planning and execution of IT transitions, including service onboarding/offboarding, system migrations, and infrastructure rollouts.
- Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with project goals and organizational needs.
- Partner with project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to facilitate change readiness and ensure alignment.
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and organizational readiness evaluations to inform change strategy.
- Design and implement communication and engagement plans to build awareness and drive stakeholder buy-in.
- Identify potential resistance and develop targeted mitigation strategies to support adoption.
- Collaborate on training strategy and materials to equip end users with the knowledge needed to adopt new systems or processes.
- Define, track, and report on key success metrics for change and transition initiatives.
- Ensure thorough handover of transitioned services from project delivery to operational support teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and organizational agility within the IT function.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT transition and/or change management within medium to large-scale organizations.
- Strong understanding of IT service delivery models (e.g., ITIL), SDLC, and digital transformation frameworks.
- Proven experience in transitions involving cloud migrations, ERP/CRM implementations, or major infrastructure changes.
- Proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience working in global, multi-vendor, or outsourced IT environments.
