Job Summary: The Technical Business Systems Analyst will provide critical project support within the CTO End-of-Life (EOL) project portfolio, working on 2â€"3 simultaneous projects. This role requires strong technical documentation, requirements gathering, and project coordination skills, particularly in IT infrastructure and SAP systems. The candidate will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure smooth execution and alignment of business and technical objectives.
Job Responsibilities: - Facilitate requirements gathering meetings with stakeholders and technical teams
- Analyze and document technical requirements for IT EOL projects
- Create detailed technical specifications, workflows, and process diagrams
- Ensure alignment of requirements with business objectives and system constraints
- Support software or infrastructure implementations including upgrades, migrations, and decommissions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Identify project dependencies, risks, and issues, and contribute to mitigation planning
- Assist the Program Manager with project planning, tracking, and reporting
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for project artifacts and requirements
Required Skills: - 10+ years of experience working in IT projects as a business systems analyst or technical lead
- Strong experience in technical requirements analysis and documentation
- Experience in IT infrastructure projects (networks, servers, workstations)
- Hands-on experience with SAP systems
- Proven ability to manage or support upgrades, migrations, consolidations, or decommissioning projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities
Preferred Skills: - Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus
- Familiarity with end-of-life asset management processes
