Role Description: Pls provide the associates located locally for this requirement ie from Jersey city/ Tampa/ DallasBusiness Analyst JD:10+ years experience as a Business Analyst.5+ years experience in capital marketsStrong communicator who is a self-starter and highly motivated individual ResponsibilitiesThe Business Analyst role specializes in acting as the primary interface between Technology and specific business / product areas, identifying, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed project and process specifications, coordinating with project teamsValidate functional specifications by analyzing business requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagramsLead workflow design and contribute to user experience design, where applicableCollaborate with project team, product management, and stakeholders on all aspects of the projectProvide guidance to team members by elaborating the necessary details required through all phases of projectsReview input provided to developers and Test Engineers ensuring System Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts properly reflect business and functional requirementsParticipate in reviews of SIT results and defect reviews; support user acceptance testing as neededReview system documentation to ensure compliance with company-specific best practices and standardsReview recommended controls to ensure remediation of perceived risksMitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior
