  • Purpose of Position and Scope of Responsibility:

    The Technical Business Analyst leads technical communication and requirements gathering efforts with clients as well as create detailed business, functional and design documentation for the development and implementation of mTrade software solutions. The incumbent will work with development to enhance applications and coordinate the movement of enhancements through the entire software development life cycle (SDLC). The Technical Business Analyst is a primary technical point of contact for a client so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

    This position serves as the crucial link between mTrade's clients and our data and analytics development team. It will play a pivotal role in understanding and translating our clients' business needs into technical requirements, enabling us to develop and enhance Power BI products that expand their analytics capabilities using data captured across our applications.

    Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for data and analytics initiatives.
    • Guides users in formulating requirements, advises on alternatives and the implications of new or revised modifications
    • Utilize data from mTrade's applications to build insightful and actionable analytics solutions.
    • Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions meet client requirements and data integrity is maintained.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage mTrade's data to expand clients' analytics capabilities.
    • Provide technical analysis and troubleshooting
    • Assist in the design and implementation of Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
    • Proactively propose innovative solutions and enhancements to existing Power BI products.
    Participate in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
