We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in understanding current processes, identifying system inefficiencies, and driving modernization initiatives. With a mix of business acumen and technical expertise, you will be responsible for helping organizations align their technology strategies with business goals while fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Translate business needs into clear technical concepts that can be implemented by development teams.
- Technology Modernization & Process Improvement:
- Support company-wide technology modernization efforts, such as replacing legacy systems and optimizing workflows.
- Propose and implement solutions for addressing technical debt, ensuring they are scalable and sustainable
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance:
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to improve cross-functional collaboration and achieve project alignment.
- Support leadership alignment on technology-related projects and participate in efforts that address technical debt across departments
- Data & Reporting:
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or related role.
- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies, systems development lifecycle (SDLC), and business process documentation tools.
- Proven track record of assisting in technology transformation projects and addressing technical debt.
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) are preferred.
