Technical BDM - Cloud & AI Training
About the Role:
We're hiring a Technical Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive adoption of LevelUp, our enterprise-grade learning platform focused on Cloud and AI training. This role blends technical acumen, consultative selling, and onboarding execution-ideal for someone who can engage business and technical audiences with credibility and structure.
You'll lead high-impact conversations with cloud-focused partner organizations-helping them adopt and scale training programs that accelerate their go-to-market readiness and technical capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive outreach and engagement with cloud and AI partners-system integrators, resellers, and solution builders.
- Lead discovery and solutioning calls to map partner needs to LevelUp's training offerings.
- Design and present customized learning roadmaps based on roles (sales, pre-sales, delivery, etc.) and solution areas (Azure, Copilot, M365, AI, Security).
- Guide partners through the full adoption journey: value proposition demo onboarding activation.
- Collaborate with alliance managers and channel teams to identify training opportunities and align on joint objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact during the early lifecycle of each partner relationship.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related field + MBA
- Experience: 4-8 years in:
- Enterprise technology sales, pre-sales, or partner enablement
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI offerings, especially Azure and related ecosystems
- Exposure to training, learning platforms, or B2B SaaS is an advantage
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder-equally comfortable with business and technical stakeholders
- Strong execution mindset-able to manage multiple onboarding conversations in parallel with structure and follow-through
