Job Title: Technical Architect - Cisco CUIC & Client Integration

Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract - 6 + months

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of a Cisco CUIC and Client integration project. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Client, Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC), data integration, and analytics. This role will be responsible for architecting a scalable reporting solution, ensuring seamless data migration, and optimizing dashboard performance for enterprise and express-tier products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architecture & Solution Design
  • Design and implement a Client-based analytics and reporting framework integrated with Cisco CUIC.
  • Develop a scalable, high-performance architecture that supports multiple product tiers.
  • Define data ingestion strategies from CUIC into Client and ensure data integrity.
2. Data Integration & Engineering
  • Lead the integration of CUIC APIs with Client for real-time and historical reporting.
  • Work with structured data schemas and design efficient data pipelines.
  • Optimize data models to support advanced analytics and machine learning within Client.
3. Dashboard & Reporting Development
  • Develop custom Client dashboards and visualizations tailored for Call Centers.
  • Ensure aggregation and analytics accuracy matching the current CUIC reporting tool.
  • Enhance user experience with intuitive visualizations and interactive reporting features.
4. Performance Optimization & Security
  • Optimize Client queries and dashboards for low-latency performance.
  • Implement security best practices to ensure compliance with Cisco and Client standards.
  • Work closely with data engineers and security teams to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.
5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as the technical lead, providing guidance to engineers and developers.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to align deliverables with business needs.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and create documentation for seamless handover.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in technical architecture, data integration, or software development.
  • Strong expertise in Client (Enterprise Security, Client CIM, reporting, and dashboards).
  • Deep knowledge of Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) and Call Center analytics.
  • Proficiency in API integrations, data engineering, and structured data schemas.
  • Experience working with large-scale reporting tools, visualization frameworks, and performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in debugging and troubleshooting integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and data security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Client Enterprise Security & PCI Compliance Apps.
  • Knowledge of machine learning applications in data analytics.
  • Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Cisco or Client certifications (e.g., Client Architect, Cisco Data Analytics Certs).
